e63318d6d5 kernel: do not build kernel modules by default 
No config option should be set to m in the default config, because
there is also some script needed which picks the module up into the
image and that is missing this way. Always create a kmod when building
a module.

f933a741a9 target/linux/*/base-files/lib/upgrade/platform.sh - wrong check for ARGC 
ARGC is a 'C-ism', but not known/valid in shell-syntax - insert the correct
var $# (=number of args) here. under normal conditions this had no impact,
but we should at least correct it. the error was observable like this:

8247d9926a au1000: create sysupgrade binary for each file system type 
This patch should prevent overriding of sysupgrade binaries in the bin directory
if we build images for more then one file system type.

6a4f2922f6 targets: prepare for supporting normal and initramfs images 
In order to support both normal images and initramfs, ensure that each
target sets KERNELNAME properly so that the generic kernel building code
can copy the corresponding files over $(KDIR) with the appropriate
extension. Update the various paths to the kernel and wrapper images
from $(LINUX_DIR)/arch/$(ARCH)/boot/$(foo) to $(KDIR)/$(foo).

5592a619d0 au1000: keep the MTX-1 watchdog pin low during boot 
Do this until the watchdog driver is loaded and the user-space watchdog
daemon can start pinging the watchdog.

b2d76e1e05 au1000: fix InternetBox idsel and remove broken flag 
The following patch is necessary for the InternetBox (Surfbox) board-specific
idsel to work with newer kernels. Acutally I don't exactly understand why this
was not necessary before, but without the udelay, the MiniPCI adapter in slot 3
is not detected and set up correctly.

Also remove platform broken flag, it works.
