dae3927527 ath79: drop phy-mask property 
The phy-mask property is no longer supported by the ag71xx-mdio driver,
so let's drop it.

21a3ce97d5 ath79: NanoBeam M5 fix target_devices 
Update the name of for the Ubiquiti NanoBeam M5 to match the
auto-generated one at runtime. Otherwise sysupgrade complains about
mismatching device names.

This also required renaming the DTS.
